We are pleased to announce that TRES Advisory Group has developed and sold the 940+ acre master planned industrial park to Prologis.
TRES acted as acquisition agent and as master developer for the project over the last several years including:
1: A new water pipeline with the City of North Las Vegas.
2: Completely new power infrastructure with a new substation at the site.
3: Drainage study and one of the largest regional flood control channels in the area.
4: Coordination of all sewer and road construction.
With the help of a fabulous team, we were delighted to coordinate all services for over 11 million square feet of planned industrial buildings.
Prologis was an exceptional partner in this massive endeavor, and we are excited to pass the torch and see them execute on our planned infrastructure.
Construction is ongoing at the site with a completed concrete channel, ongoing planning and construction of the pipeline, owner work on the power substation and grading commending at a rapid pace. Please consult Prologis for the most current details of the project.
We have two parcels of approx 20 acres available for sale in the Prologis Park and one adjacent parcel of 15 acres across the street. We will post details on the available parcels at www.vegasindustrialpark.com
