Complete retrofit of all building mechanical and electrical systems. Installation of all critical systems ready for move in. The modernization included all interior finishes, new roof, all new electrical infrastructure (UPS/PDU/Switchgear) and an exhaustive renovation of the mechanical system for a state of the art data center. Final commissioning of the plant was performed by Lee Technologies.

Carrier Center LA was developed as the premier project in Downtown LA with superior infrastructure to any existing mission critical facilities in the market. TRES acted in every capacity and sold the building at a huge profit.
Telecom Center (530 W 6th Street) - Los Angeles, CA
Role: Advisory Services/ Leasing Building Size: 124,000 square feet +- Lease: 95% of building to multiple tenants Project Description: Renovation of a 1920’s era building to a reasonable quality building. Facilitated to connection to One Wilshire Meet-Me-Room and commenced one of the first interconnections to the One Wilshire inter-connection. The building was renovated at a fast rate and then the TRES leasing team brought the vacant building to 95% occupancy in less than 18 months.
